Question 3: MOQ?
A: Stock items’ MOQ is 100pcs. Other items have different MOQs, please refer to the product description or check with us.
Question 4: Sample Policy?
A: 1 stock sample is FREE, you just need to pay the freight. Customized sample’s charge is reasonable and can be refunded, please check it with us.
Question 5: Logo customization Policy?
A: Engraving, silkscreen, labeling, hot-stamping are available. The cost depends on your design, please show it to us.
Question 6: What can be customized for the product?
A: Model, size, color, logo, printing, lid; individual packaging, such as, paper box, paper tube and so on.
Question 7: Payment terms?
A: 30%-50% in advance, the balance should be paid before shipment.
Question 8: What’s the lead time of orders?
A: Stock items within 7days, customized order 20-45days according to the order's quantity.
Question 9: How do you control the quality?
A: Make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production, then do random inspection before packing, taking pictures after packing. Usually we’ll give you some extra products as spare parts freely.
Question 10: How to place the order? What's your contact information?
A: Tell us what you need – Confirm details – Quote – Draft invoice/order – Pay.
Question 11: How about your after-sale service?
A: We will maintain our after-sale service even the order has been completed . During the formal order, usually we’ll give you some extra products as spare parts freely. If any breakage or defective products were found, we’ll make a refund of them or send the replacement to you in the next order.
Notice: All the claims must be presented within 10 working days after delivery.

Yes, we can. We can produce any kinds of packaging products.
